6 Tbsp White Vinegar
3 Tbsp Canola oil
2 Tbsp Ketchup
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
This is enough to coat 4 chicken breasts well. If you are going to have more chicken, make a double batch!
Combine the ingredients in a plastic bag or bowl. Add Chicken. Refrigerate for 4-8 hours (or over night) turning occasionally.
Grill and enjoy!
