I got this from a friend at work. I love it!
Broccoli Salad
1/2 large head cauliflower, cut into small pieces.
1/2 large bunch broccoli, cut into small pieces.
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (use light or fat free)
1/2 pound bacon, fried and drained. ( I use Hormel bacon pieces, 50% less fat)
1 cup mayonnaise (use light mayo)
1/2 cup sugar (Splenda)
2 Tablespoon's vinegar.
Mix vegetables, cheese, and bacon.
Combine mayo, sugar and vinegar in another bowl. Pour over the vegie mixture and mix well.
*I usually make this the day before!
