Frosting
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 pkg (small box) sugar free pudding mix (any flavor)
1 - 8oz tub Fat Free Cool whip
Mix milk, pudding, and sugar with wire whisk. Fold in cool whip. Frost cake immediately. Store cake in fridge until ready to serve.
I made a batch of chocolate and vanilla frosting. It tasted great. I made two double batches. There was some left over & we just ate it like pudding!
